Benefits of MCT Oil

MCT Oil is very effective (in many ways) for 2-3 hours after ingesting so that it will be wise to be taken small amount 2-3 times per day. I recommend to my patients that they put into a cup of tea, coffee or yogurt as a milk substitute if they are using powder form. Pour 1 tsp of MCT as a salad dressing for lunch. By doing so, it will subside the insulin to spike up which is the as the same effect as taking berberine with meal.
