FISH – Sodium Tripolyphosphate (STPP) – the chemical sprayed on Frozen Fish you buy at the market is toxic & why you should avoid buying Farm-raised Salmon

My husband was at the local supermarket (not whole foods, trader joes) and found the “WILD” salmon caught in Alaska. He bought it for me and I got sick last night. I had steamed spinach, homemade hummus, homemade Sauer kraut, seaweed from Japan, broccoli sprout I made and steamed collard green with a cup of green tea. It was 10 pm – 2 am at night I was thinking what I ate caused me so sick. I am feeling so much better after going to the bathroom for #2. I read the label of 4 fillets of wild salmon was in. Sodium- Tripolyphosphate. This is the “carbon monoxide” chemical sprayed onto the fish to gives fish it’s original color back to its flesh and it increases the “weight” of the products. It is registered as “pesticide” in CA. You might not react to this chemical like I did but your family member might.

And these articles convinced you why you should not be wasting your money to buy farm-raised salmon.
