If you have achy jaw pain, having an acupuncture treatment is the best. If you are not able to see me, you may try to push this acupuncture points TH9 and TH16 on the pain side and Push GB31-32 and 36-38 on the other side. If you are having periodontal, tooth related “nerve” pain, #1. cut down sugar intake which includes bread, pasta, rice, soft drink etc…
#2. Practice oil pulling at least 2-3 times per day 5-10 min. each session.
#3. Apply Melaleuca (Niaouli) essential oil directly to the pain area by using this insert into the bottle and insert into between tooth for a min or two. I like Rockymountain Oils or doTerra’s essential Oil. YoungLiving is very fine but tends to get expensive. I have a few patients were able to cancel their dental appointment and the pain and sensitivity have never come back. Isn’t that great?
