Borrelia (Burgdorferi) –  My practice is in Massachusetts where surrounded by the towns and islands loaded with ticks which comes out even the middle of winter if we have one sunny warmer day. The typical symptom for the tick bite by Borrelia is either joint, muscle or nerve pain moves around the body and comes and goes. My husband got bit by it last summer, 2018, came down with high fever and severe joint pain woke him up in the middle of the night. There was no trace of bull’s eye marking but severe pain came with persistent fever. Every time I treated him for fever-reducing acupuncture protocol, fever comes down but it bounces back in a few hours later. Only 70% of Lyme disease blood test markers came back positive but his inflammation marker (CRP) came back 2,500. It is supposed to be under 2.0! He started with two weeks of antibiotics. I gave him three botanical tinctures along with antibiotics right away. If you would like to know which ones, feel free to email me. It seems the combination took care of his case but some folks are not lucky. I will expand this section near future for sure but for now, please visit these two Lyme disease experts –
