IMG_4137

This is the noodle I grew up eating with but did not know the great benefits come with eating this special Japanese noodle until I heard a few health bloggers were talking about. This noodle is not like another carbohydrate, gluten contained noodles, but shirataki noodles contain high in fiber and ZERO calories. The great news for people with insulin resistant, suffering from chronic constipation, and excellent news for people just can not lose weight. You can google “shirataki noodles benefits” to find more. Here are few links you might be interested in to check it out:

About this noodles and usages

This is what I use Shirataki Noodle. Saute the shredded cabbages (napa, green, savoy, or red) , chopped scallions, onions, garlic, ginger, shiitake mushroom, and carrots for a few minutes with the medium heat and covered with the lid. Add Shirataki Noodles, tamari or gluten-free soy sauce or coconuts amino as the seasoning. Add  1/2 tsp of sesame oil at the end. That’s it. Very easy recipe and good for you!
