If you’re feeling like something a little more substantial, try blending a smoothie. The night before, put all of your vegetables and fruits into the bag store in refrigerator over night and put all powder and oils into the blender container. In the morning, blend with almond or coconut milk before going to work. (Tamie’s Tip: I mix mine with homemade Kefir which contain naturally occuring probiotics!) For a blender, I recommend Nutribullet – it’s nice and easy to make smoothie in the morning to go. Cleaning is super easy.
