- Please let me know your insurance information if you have BCBS (in-network) and out of network for all others BUT you may have acupuncture benefits. It all depends on the policy you signed up. I do not take Mass Health.

- I will get back to you as soon as the billing service person gets back to me within 24 hours. I do NOT bill myself.
- If you are the patient I would like to have a consultation (please read the information below) before the acupuncture treatment, I need to send you questionnaire forms (pdf) to you ahead of time as the attachment with the email. Those forms are for the specifically targeted health issues you would like to come to see me for. Those questionnaire forms help me to narrow down the root cause of your problem.
- If you are just coming for the acupuncture treatment for muscular-skeletal issues or 1-2 health issues (example: seasonal allergy), you can fill out the simple form in my clinic upon arrival.
- If you would like to come to see me the same day, I might be in the clinic. Please text me (781-254-2206) instead.
- ALL Infertility Patients and the patients suffering from any Hormone Imbalances require the Consultation First. Here is the main reason why I do this. Your acupuncture benefit will cover 3 units (45 minutes total) of acupuncture treatment only. I can do so much within 45 min. Instead having the guessing and trying, I would prefer talk with you first (if you have any recent lab work, even limited lab work run by PCP, I would like to take a look at it). Does it make sense to you?
It is very often acupuncture coverage is limited to only pain management, nausea during the pregnancy, or only used for medical necessity means not for pain maintenance purposes even though you have unlimited acupuncture coverage. I will email you your coverage as soon as I hear from the billing service company I use. It usually takes 1-3 days to verify the out-of-network acupuncture coverage and the deductible amount you have before the coverage kicks in. Still, most of my patients pay out-of-the-pocket but every once in a while I see the great out-of-network acupuncture coverage. Infertility Patient: Consultation is mandatory
Out of pocket – Initial Consultation $360
Follow-up acupuncture treatment $120- or co-pay
Muscular-Skeletal Pain Management and patients ONLY looking for getting acupuncture treatment:
Out of pocket – $120 or co-pay
Follow-up Consultation: $60/ 10 minutes
***** Functional Medicine Lab Testings are extra fees and not covered by your health insurance *****
FSA & HSA accepted:
More and more my patients use FSA (flexible spending account) and HSA (health savings account) as their payment methods. It is pre-tax you set up each year with insurance enrollment and good to use for one calendar year. I accept Flex Debit Card. You may contact your human resource department for more details.
Payment Methods:
- Credit, Debit, FSA, HSA, Apple Pay, or Check are acceptable forms of payment. If a check is returned, a fee of $25.00 – will be applied to your account.
- For long-distance consultation via phone or ZOOM telehealth video conference, you can pay me online.

Are available at the clinic. A great gift as a birthday present or Christmas present.A great way to get your loved one and other family members to get a taste of the integrative healing method. I can not count how many husbands started coming after giving the certificate only once!
