Tamie’s favorite Asian Sauce and Dressing:
Ginger and Soy Dressing: Mix Lemon Juice+Tahini+Water (2TBSP each) + SoySauce+Olive Oil (1TBSP each) and add chopped or mashed ginger and garlic
Curry and Miso Dressing: Mix Lemon Juice+Water (1 TBSP each) + Ginger+ Garlic+Soy Sauce +Miso (1TSP each) + Curry Powder (1/2 TSP) + Honey (1TSP)
Korean sauce goes with the flat noodle dish: 3:2:1 ratio=> Soy Sauce: Coconuts Sugar+ Sake: Mirin. Mix with the flat noodles.
Sweet Garlic Lime Sauce : Mix 3 cloves of garlic + 2 TBSP Rice Vinegar + 1/4 cup of Coconuts Sugar + 1/4 cup of Fish Oil (or Soy Sauce) + 1/3 cup of Lime (or Lemon) Ice + 1/3 cup of Olive Oil – excellent sauce to add over the rice noodles, avocado, or cucumber, or any other dishes.
Sauce for Harusame (Shirataki, Bi-Fun, or other rice noodles): Mix 10g of Japanese Karashi (mustard) + 45 g of Soy Sauce + 10 g of Coconuts Sugar + 10g of Rice Vinegar + 5 g of Torigara (Chicken Stock Soup) extract + 10g of Sesame Oil
Sweet and Sour Sauce: This is the excellent sauce to pour over the cooked rice, sautéed vegetable dishes. Mix 150cc of Water + 1 TSP Coconuts Sugar + 1 TSP Soy Sauce + 1/2 TSP Rice Vinegar + (already mixed 1 tsp of water + 1 tsp of arrow root powder *instead of using corn starch) and pour over the dishes. You may add 2 eggs first before pouring this sauce.
The Chinese Sauce goes with eggs (on the top of rice bowl): Sautee vegetables, shrimps, chicken etc. first add 2-3 scrambled eggs, simmer, and add this sauce, Coconuts Sugar+Rice Vinegar+Soy Sauce (1:1:1 Ratio) plus Chinese sauce or Japanese dashi extract (1 TSP) mixed with (3 TSP of water with Arrowroot Powder (GF).
Tamie’s Shirataki Noodle dish:
Mix the following items: Mix Shirataki Noodle (High Fiber, only a few calories) + crushed macadamia nuts, hemp seed, walnuts, cayenne pepper, turmeric, black pepper, salt, spinach, mushroom, shredded cabbage, parsley and sliced avocado on the top.
