Leaky Gut? Eat more resistant starch

Resistant starch (the first video) includes cooked and cooled white and sweet potatoes, white and brown rice, unripened (green) bananas. I used to use the stool test called Dr’s Data parasitology 3x which contains Short-Charin Fatty Acids (SCFA)  marker. I have noticed that most of my patients had the problem with this particular one.
