I developed severe migraines and stomach pain but I was not able to connect the dots for a long time. I have noticed that I can drink two glasses of whole fat milk when I am in Japan. Eating bread and baked good also do not cause any pain.
I was wondering why… One of my friend, Joe, from France, told me the other day was very interesting. He is worse than me. When he drinks a tsp of dairy here in the U.S., he will be rush into the bathroom, but he is fine when he goes home and also visiting many Europian countries.
