Eggs are good for you if you do not have foods sensitivity to it because eggs belong to top 5 lists along with Gluten, Dairy, Soy, and Corn. In general, consuming eggs, especially in the morning to give a good kick start of protein to your body is a good choice. Do not be afraid the fact about “raise my cholesterol!” factor. Without enough cholesterol, our body do not make enough hormones to function. Former engineer speaking, this is the software issue (hardware problems are much easier to fix). Hormones are like complicated codes of software running on the application behind. Just like Google, Gmail, iTunes, Amazon.com – all software running behind the beautiful sites.
