Please share this recipe with people whom would like to lose weights but suffering from strong sugar craving. This recipe use “black beans” instead of using flour so that not only good for you but protein and mineral rich black beans are very filling. You will not get hungry for a while after having a piece or two. Here’s recipe:
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
2 large eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp cocoa or carob (caffeine free) powder
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup 1-2 hours soaked pitted dates, finely chopped (about 14 pieces)
1/2 cup of walnuts
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp sea salt or himalayan salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350F.
All ALL ingredients (except chocolate chips) in blender and blend until very smooth.
Add chocolate chips in and blend.
Pour batter into a loaf pan. I recommend you to use parchment paper has been bruised with butter to avoid extra dishing.
Sprinkle walnuts on the top.
Bake at 35F for 20-25 minutes.
