The live active culture from yogurt will feed the good bacterias in your gut but I am not liking my patients to eat yogurt from dairy. There are almond, coconuts and goat yogurt but overly loaded with sugar. I found one item has 19 gram of sugar per serving. Then I found Cashew yogurt with 1 gram of sugar. It contains Bifidus and L. Acidophilus, Lactis, Bulgaricus and L. Plantarum which kills bad bacterias in the gut. It will be the perfect breakfast or bedtime snack with berries or dark cherries.
