This is the salad dressing you might be tasted before when you had a obento box lunch at a Japanese restaurant. Very easy to make, looks pretty and good for you!
Just mix everything with the blender.
12 oz carrots peeled and chopped
3 oz onion peeled and chopped
3 TBSP ginger peeled and chopped
2 tsp local honey, local maple syrup or coconuts sugar
2 tsp gluten-free soy sauce or tamari sauce
2 oz apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar
1/2 Tsp sea salt
3/4 cup MCT oil, Olive oil, Macadamia nuts oil or walnuts oil
