Cauliflower belongs to cruciferous vegetable families like broccoli, kales, Brussel sprouts or collard green. This is the vegetable family I recommend my patients to eat a lot. Not in the juice due to goitrogen factor but lightly steamed or sauteed. You can use cauliflower to make pizza crust, fried rice, mashed potato or alfredo sauce. This vegetable is very versatile!
