It is called “Resistant Starch“. The easiest one for us to add is 1-2-3 TBSP of potato starch you can buy at the market. I recommend Bob’s Red Mill brand. If you like plantains, you can sauté with coconut oil to make a nice resistant starch meal or snack out of it.
