A1 and A2 Milk differences -> US vs Europe (and Japan)

The differences are huge. I grew up drinking whole fat milk in Kobe, Japan and I became severely lactose and casein as well as gluten sensitive when I moved to the U.S. in 1986. I developed severe migraines and stomach pain but I was not able to connect the dots for a long time. I have noticed that I can drink two glasses of whole fat milk when I am in Japan. Eating bread and baked good also do not cause any pain.

I was wondering why… One of my friend, Joe, from France, told me the other day was very interesting. He is worse than me. When he drinks a tsp of dairy here in the U.S., he will be rush into the bathroom, but he is fine when he goes home and also visiting many Europian countries. This is the at least one of the big answer for A1 and A2 Milk differencesa2 Milk Company.

The A1 protein is metabolized in your gut to make beta-casomorphin, which can attach to the beta cell of your pancreas and incite an autoimmune attack.  Here’s the short article – Scroll down to find the section “A not of Milk Proteins – A1 versus A2 Milk”.
