Ketogenic Diet

Ketogenic diet implies the good source of high fat, the proper amount of protein and very low carbohydrate intake have slightly differed from Atkins diet which is high on protein like beacon and meat. This is not good for everybody just like any diet but it seems to work well for many people try to shed lbs. Some people combine with intermittent fasting which restricts the time of the meal within 8 -6 hours. Basically, skip breakfast. I compiled the useful links below:
