I went to Tamie for relief from menopausal symptoms and sinus headaches/ allergies.  With the menopausal symptoms, my primary care doctor recommended I try very low dose estrogen.  The hormones made me feel agitated and out of balance.  Plus, I did not want to take hormones forever.
