3-DAY TRANSFER:
Day 1 .. Egg Retrieval
Day 2 .. ——————-
Day 3 .. Embryo Transfer
Day 4 .. Embryo is growing and developing
Day 5 .. Embryo is now a blastocyst
Day 6 .. Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
Day 7 .. Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
Day 8 .. Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
Day 9 .. Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
Day 10.. Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells & fetal cells
Day 11.. Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
Day 12.. More HCG is produced as fetus develops
Day 13.. More HCG is produced as fetus develops
Day 14.. HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT

Frozen Transfer:
The day of transfer is counted as Day 5 (on Fresh Cycle). The implantation will occur early if the embryo is expanded or already hatching.
