Making Fermented foods is super easy

Fermented foods are a natural anti-inflammatory; they also aid in promoting good gut flora. Kimchi, sauerkraut, kefir, and yogurt are the top four fermented foods. Sourdough bread (though not technically a fermented food once baked) uses a fermented starter to proof the dough, which makes it more easily digestible and good for your gut flora!

I am posting the following link to show you how easy to make fermented foods:

1: cabbage (nappa cabbage) Kimchi and

2: cucumber kimchi

3. Sauerkraut
Sauerkraut starter I use
Donna Gates sells cultured vegetable starter here.

4. Sourdough Bread – I purchased the fresh starter from her and making bread once a week and keep giving extra starter to everybody who would like to make sourdough bread. You can make cinnamon rolls, pecan and raisins and much much more…

5. Milk Kefir and Kombucha – I purchased the fresh starter from the same source but I just could not catch up with making it so I stopped. This is great way to feed the big family. I might try coconuts water kefir next :)
