Migraine Headache

The root causes of migraine headaches often come from the dysfunction of your digestive system (though not always). I strongly suggest to take out gluten, dairy, eggs, corns, soy, and sugar from your diet for at least 1 week to see if there are any changes in your pattern. If you are having recurrent chronic migraine headache like I had for years, this is the first place to look!

I have just finished taking webinar about migraine headaches. One of the presenters was discussing the effectiveness of using the botanical called “Butterbur” from the company called Petadolex. This product works for many migraine sufferers. Having enough vitamin D (3-5,000 iu per day), magnesium (500 mg), B-complex and fish oil will also be useful.
