Dairy intake – Good or bad – It depends!

It depends on the protein of the milk – Taking A1 casesin or A2 casein makes a BIG difference in the short answer.

A1 milk is the majority of consumption in dairy in the U.S. coming from Hollisten Cows vs A2 milk is from Jersey Cows raised in most of the europian countries and my home in Japan. I got sicker and sicker not knowing the fact A1 milk is the cause as well as the gluten harvested in the U.S. which is 5 times stronger gluten content than other parts of countries includes Japan. If you are having wired signs and symptoms like I had for years, it will be very wise to eliminate dairy and gluten from your diet for at least 2 weeks before starting to see the specialist to another specialists. For me, it did not take not even a week after suffering since 1986.
