The chances are you have hormone and/or blood sugar imbalances if you are not feeling well lately or as long as you remember but it is not your fault. You were never told you have the problem in this area from your doctor. Cortisol level is tested by either saliva or urine sample is taken four times within 24 hours to find your circadian rhythm to find out how stress is affecting your health, most of the time the level of inflammation. Thyroid Panel – you do not feel well lately but your Thyroid Stimulating Hormone is normal. Has your doctor or endocrinologist run Free T3, Reverse T3, and thyroid antibody markers for you? Homocysteine marker is the major methylation marker to find out the inflammation level has a pretty easy fix but I have not got one patient gave me the lab test with this inexpensive marker but got all kinds of tests done including even CAT scan. You are told your blood sugar and A1c is in the normal but you started gaining a lot of weight or both of the markers are high so that you were asked to take the medications. Has your doctor run Insulin marker for you? You are told to get cholesterol-lowering medication? Have you done enough research done before you start taking the medication? Have you taken acid reflux medication? You think these factors are nothing to do with Hormone and Blood Sugar Imbalances but it ALL starts from these two imbalances but never got tested in the first place. I see the patients like you all the time. I believe the treatment is not medication. I will expand this section very soon.
